Dr. Ann Middleton has been the owner of Cheshire Cat Feline Health Center since 1999. She is very passionate about her feline patients’ health and well-being, striving to address each and every issue.  From kittenhood until passing, each cat’s individual needs are assessed and recommendations are made.

Dr. Middleton always liked medicine but after losing her hearing from spinal meningitis at age 10 decided to lean towards veterinary medicine. She raised animals in the 4-H, volunteered at a local veterinary hospital, attended UC San Diego, then U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She has a cochlear implant and communicates very well.  Her first years in practice were in Los Angeles and Oakhurst taking care of cats, dogs, and sometimes wildlife.

She has volunteered for the Baja Animal Sanctuary as well as Feral Cat Coalition.  She is currently a member of:

• American Veterinary Dental Society

Outside of her office she spends time with her husband, 3 cats, chickens, parakeets, and a gentle thoroughbred.
